ORDER INFORMATION

Once placing your order no alterations or cancellations can be made. If you find you have entered the incorrect shipping details please email us ASAP at hello@evelithgow.com.au and we will attempt to correct the mistake.

We know how amazing it is to get your size right first go! Please email us at hello@evelithgow.com.au to ask any further questions about products if you are unsure.

Please Note: Product with prints may vary and colour may differ slightly from photos due to lighting/monitor settings. 

REFUND / EXCHANGE POLICY - ONLINE PURCHASES ONLY

Full priced merchandise purchased from EVE online may be returned for exchange or store credit within 7 days of receiving your order.  Unless an item received is faulty or incorrect, all returns and exchanges will be posted back to us at the customers expense.

EVE reserves the right to refuse any returns where the product has been used or deemed altered from its original condition.  All returned items must be accompanied with proof of purchase and in original condition, unworn, unwashed, unused and with tags attached. Refund will be give minus postage cost. All returns are at the expense of the customer.

IN-STORE POLICY

  • Please choose carefully as we do not refund or exchange for change of mind.

  • Refunds are only issued for faulty items, upon inspection by the brand.

  • Exchange or credit note will be issued no later than 7 days of purchase.

  • The item must not be worn and include original tags and packaging.

  • Swimwear, earrings & headwear are non-returnable items due to hygiene regulations.

  • Proof of purchase must be presented.

  • All sales are final on discounted sale items.

FAULTY ITEMS

At EVE we stand behind our products and hope that you love them as much as we do. We thoroughly check each item before it is shipped out, however sometimes faults may be undetected. Should you find that your item is faulty please contact the store within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will endeavour to organise a replacement once inspection from the brand has occurred.In the instance a replacement is unable to be provided from the brand we will arrange a refund.
